Our firm was established in Surrey, British Columbia in 2000 by founding partners, Charles De Jager and Ken Volkenant, with a vision to serve charity and non-profit organizations and enable and empower them to achieve their purposes. Our firm grew steadily and in 2008 we moved into new premises in the Fleetwood area of Surrey. In the years that followed De Jager Volkenant continued to grow and became established as a leading charity and non-profit law firm in British Columbia. Over the years our firm has also had the opportunity to serve the legal needs of a variety of businesses and individuals, many of whom we have connected with through our work in the non-profit sector. In 2018 we moved into beautiful, new offices located in the Cloverdale area of Surrey. We have now been serving charity and non-profit organizations, businesses and individuals throughout the province for 20 years, and we look forward to continuing to serve the legal needs of our clients for many years to come.
De Jager Volkenant is a member of the Surrey Board of Trade and the BC Non-profit Housing Association.
